Hi all!
I have subj 80Gb. Drive gives it's pasport, recalibrates but second head is not working.
How can I disable second head?

you can run selfscan then the volum down to half automatic

And if we need to recoevr files ?, what is gonna happening if we does selfscan ?
The files will be there after this procedure ?
We will have at least half of the files ?
Can you tell us ?

of course he would lost his data .but he had said that he want to disable the head it means that he was needn't data anymore.
if you need the data you must recovery them by other ways after that you can fixed it by pc3k
