Hi
This is a Samsung SP0411N drive , it clicks 3 times & stops spindle. Can someone guess problem area from the terminal log?

LED 13= Head Unlatch error ......probably bad head....

Hi CCC
Thanks a lot. Drive shows ID &firmware , capacity except serial. This seems to be head problem.

Hi hddbug
it shows all detail when u do soft reset.
This is a problem related to head .Probably Preamp gone.

Need to change head.
