 Post subject: Maxtor One Touch Mini III 120GB unlock

I have a 120GB maxtor drive that my God father gave me. I am trying to format it but it comes up password protected. I have burned and ran the MHDD utility and it does not show up. I have taken out of its case and put it in my laptop. Here are the stats on the drive.

Seagate Momentus 5400.3
120GB
S/N 5LZ10XXX
PN: 9S1033-506
FW: 3.ALC

Date: 07292
Site: WU

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
