It was the LLF tool downloaded.
I also contacted Kingston and they gave me similar info.
I tried the system tool as well but unfortunately there is a process running which blocks the re-formatting. Have looked at the task manager to see which processes are running with the DT but I can see nothing that I recognise. So re-formatting is still a no go.
I will try the DT on another system to make a comparison.
