NAND Reader that supports H27UCG8T2MYR

April 3rd, 2015, 13:50

Does anyone know of a NAND reader that can read Hynix NAND H27UCG8T2MYR ID (ad de 94 d2)

Its a problem chip w/ a standard NAND interface.. If you read it you get lots of bit errors.

I'd like one too :-)

I use for this memory VNR or PC3K. Usually result is perfect or almost perfect.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't get great results with either soft Center or pc3k reader. Don't have VNR (yet!)

Having said that I haven't had any of these chips in for a while, so haven't really tested one properly with the pc3k retry feature.

Sure I've got some from old cases, so will try and dig one out and test it :-)

I had a recovery with USB having 2 chips. read it with VNR and no problems with dumps.
