I have a pen drive :

TDK TF10 8GB

Inside there's a monolitich chip

When I connect this pen drive the usb recognized the pen drive as mass memory and after few second disconnect it.

It possible to wrap the circuit and intercept other pin for read the chip ???

Given that this is your fist post here, I'm doubting that you have the equipment or expertise to handle a monolith recovery. There's really only a handful of people worldwide who've even started to work on these. I'd recommend you send it in for recovery and brace yourself for a hefty price tag.

If I got your description and your question right, then the approach you suggest is hardly probable. Working controller is required for it to work, while in your case it's likely to be dead. And you won't be able to get just a stream of user data therefore.

The only way here is to solder to proper pins and create raw memory dump, then reassemble it.
And that isn't something possible to do without proper skills and equipment.

If necessary, we should be able to help with this monolithic pen drive.

If you can see traces under layer - compare it with this one:

I don't see this one in Arvika's database of monoliths: http://www.odzyskiwanie-danych.com.pl/m ... abase.html

Perhaps someone else has the pinout.

With SD tool you can not do hothing.
If search thiufg forum you will find lot of information on this topic, corporations on different tools.
You need to look for PC3000Flash, Soft Center or RuSolut.

if system recognises it, try imaging the whole disk with DMDE. else you need the tools and pinout as you already know. Or outsource it. some monoliths do not have traces on top layer and you have to drill into the pcb to get at them.
I have flash doctor too - what a massive waste of money :(

yes very lucky.
The large pads I think are for a LED, not sure why this would work, but great that it did.
