maybe, I have around 80 various VFBGA, BGA, LGA, eMMC research drives yet to dump.

what is the part number of the chip printed on top? I will look if I do.

another thing - is the controller UD5810 or UD6810?

If you can find a pinout of the controller, you can use a DMM to trace back from controller pin to each ball of the chip location.

likely no XOR but could be some strange other parameters for this el-cheapo controller

Here you have controller datasheet. With it you can easily find the pinout for nand (it is BGA107 eMCP). Than wire it to adapter and read dump. Nand should have 16-bit bus.
