You have BAD_CTX issue, as i see at screenshots. So the problem is in Context module, that storing in NAND chips. You dont need do anything with ROM dump, it's fine.
PC3000 SSD supports drives with this issue. And i'm afraid, I've not heard about other tool that could handle it.

It can do both: data recovery and repairing the drive. But so far as you dont have the pc3000 it would be too expensive to buy it just for this case. Try to find someone who has it.

I almost sure ROM is Ok, because you have BAD_CTX issue. As i know there is nothing interesting in ROM except the bootloader. But drive sucessfully starts main firmware. That means the bootloader is fine.

I'm afraid, I dont have the EEPROM dump for 600 GB drive.

HaQue, which double price? You buy PC-3000 Express or UDMA for HDD recovery and buy PC-3000 SSD for SSD recovery.
Or what do you mean?

Well buying 2 separate products is twice as expensive as just PC3000SSD

It depends what you need. If you need to recover only this SSD, try to find anyone who has PC-3000 SSD. If you have a lot of SSD, PC-3000 SSD is worth it.
