Can you upload the dosmcli.log file that results from the following commands (please ZIP it)?

    dosmcli --driveinfo --yes >> dosmcli.log
    dosmcli --smartread 1 --yes >> dosmcli.log
    dosmcli --identify --deviceId 1 --yes >> dosmcli.log

A question , remembering the NAND are encrypted ? you can assume to copy the content and rebuild the software raid ? I 'm afraid it's the only solution at least not to find an identical firmware but I see it difficult being a ssd 1.8 ' '

Maybe this will work ...

    dosmcli --identify -D 1

I expect you will see a screen full of repeating 32-byte blocks. This is how your model number, serial number and firmware version are reported by the ATA Identify Device command:

Code:
Offset(h) 00   02   04   06   08   0A   0C   0E   10   12   14   16   18   1A   1C   1E

00000000                                                    7D70 15F6 7EE5 35F2 FFFF FFFF
00000020  FFFF FFFF FEE5 1072 1EF5 D0B6 1073 1032 388B 95BE 7D70 15F6 7EE5 35F2 FFFF FFFF
00000040  FFFF FFFF FEE5 1072 1EF5 D0B6 1073 1032 388B 95BE 7D70 15F6 7EE5 35F2 FFFF

Clearly the Identify Device information is being retrieved from the wrong place. I was expecting to see similar nonsense in your SMART report.

Only you know what you've done to your (or your customer's ?) drive, but I suspect that you may have trashed the data with a firmware update. Note that the 04TH update will perform a low-level format on the SSD at drive #0. This would no doubt be data destructive. I expect that the encryption key would also be discarded and replaced by this process.

My version of DOSMCLI understands the "--identify" parameter.

i search another version. Thanks

In the drive the file is single frames of cinema. the format is arri.raw The file is sequential of similar bmp file. File is not compress, not encrypter and not encapsulated in video format. Is singolar frames only video not audio.

Recover the 50% it would be a great success.

Thanks

the disc and completely full of these files and has been formatted completely before the sequential recording. This could help recovery from single nand ?

I found an SSD with 64GB card and format identical to the 512. MTFDDAA064MAM - 1J2 try to replace the firmware and see how it behaves . Alternatively I try to settle all the nand of this new card .

we hope well...
