ISTM that your first screenshot is reporting an error when the software attempts to read sector 0 of the SSD. Is your SSD now read/write locked?

Hello, thanks for your reply.

This part of the log that i post say it's not locked. But when i use "diskpart" on Windows it shows "read only: Yes"

I noticed that i only can read my SSD if SATA controller is on IDE but not on AHCI mode.

FWIW, there is a DOSMCLI.EXE utility that is packaged with Micron/Crucial firmware updates. It is able to perform a "low-level format".

--low-format <x> Perform a low-level format of the specified drive.

That said, if you can read the drive in IDE mode, I can't see how there could be a problem with it. :?

Could you explain me more about "DOSMCLI.EXE" or how to use?

"read" wasn't a correct word, i mean "see" or "detect" on my system.

Download a Micron or Crucial M4 firmware update, preferably version 070H. Use 7-Zip to drill down through the update file until you locate DOSMCLI.EXE. Then explore the embedded documentation, in real DOS or at the CMD prompt in Windows, by typing ...

    DOSMCLI -h > dosmcli.txt

The text file will have a list of command parameters.

Edit: Here are some links to firmware:

Drill down to this level (or equivalent):

sp62063.exe\\MicronSEDUpdate.exe\.rsrc\RCDATA\107\

Edit: When you are "drilling down" through the levels, r-click each level and select "open inside".
