I am looking for a donor for this Flash Drive. I have purchased aout 10 from different sources but they all have either a different chip (eMMC) or a different controller. I am looking for a single TSOP 48, with a PS2251-67-5 controller. Client had his IT department 'work' on the board that why it looks a bit hacked up.

You want move nand to donor? Why not recovery by chip-off and reading dumps?

Chip has too many ECC errors (2GB) which cannot be resolved either in PC3K Flash or VNR. I am hoping a donor might be better as a last resort.
