Yes, worth to try, but memory module in MicroSD cards usually cover all surface of card (inside). So any crack usually destroy the memory module.

Not Possible,Just Under 10% Chance It Can Work .If You See a Good Xrayed Image Of a Micro SD You Will Understand It Has a Lot Of Tracks Inside It .In You Case You Repaired Just The Top Once ,But Worth a Try
