HI,

any ideas how to meassure the fuse?
The Led wont blink and the SSD did not recogniced in BIOS.

Measure the voltages across the capacitors and on either side of "17X".

Vcore = 1.24V
Vio (?) = 3.19V

3.0V and 1.8V appear to be the supplies for the NAND array.

In short, the supply voltages appear to be OK. I would check the 25MHz crystal with a scope, and I would confirm whether any IC is hot to the touch.

The pinout of the NAND chips does not appear to be ONFI TSOP48. That said, the attached test points appear to connect to Ready/Busy* pins (which are open drain), so I'm wondering whether shorting these test pads while powering up the SSD will initiate some kind of test mode. Perhaps the SSD will then show up via SATA, albeit in test mode?

If I short the 2 pins an connect the drive to a PC i can see in the Diskmanagement a new disk. It has no partitions. In R-Studio i can see a partition with 15kb. So i think that is the testmode u wrote.
No one of the ICs get hot and I cant see some burned ICs.
The 25 MHz crystal to check is not possible for me. I dont have a scope.

ISTM that your SSD has a firmware problem and/or bad NAND. I don't believe there is any DIY solution.

The crystal is OK.
