I did something very bad...Installed Ubuntu on an encrypted (File Vault 2) MacOS GPT without customizing GRUB 2. Then, I was sitting at a WiFi hotspot when Ubuntu crashed. I then deleted the Ubuntu partitions. After that I was only able to see the SSD in a live Ubuntu session using lsblk command during that boot. On subsequent boots, the SSD no longer displayed.

Think I would be done after that? Wait for it...nope. I then used Ubuntu's boot repair software. It did detect the MAC OS X partition and Recovery HD in the log. I know, I didn't save the log. After that I thought I had a chance to use more sophisticated software in DOS. So I disconnected the Crucial SATA SSD from my mid 2012 MacBook Pro and inserted it into a Toshiba laptop. I haven't made a usb flash environment with the DOS programs yet, what is the best way to proceed?
