We are having a large number of requests for smarthphone data recovery but I haven´t found a good solution in the market for dead mobile phones. Does anyone advice me about a good data recovery tool for dead smarthphones.

I recommend good engineer with electronic repair skills. Than you can buy something like VNR smartphone kit or some other boxes.
