I would measure +5Vout, and V1 - V4. The two ICs marked "13 1D U30" are equivalent to an APW8804. The "|4BED" 6-pin IC is an MP6400DJ-01. Here is my guess as to the function of the rear connectors: Attachment: Assuming the supplies test OK, I would first determine the ground pins. The UART port probably has a supply pin (+3.3V ?) in addition to RxD, TxD and ground. I suspect that one of the two shorting (?) pins is grounded while the other could be connected to an R/B* pin of the NAND array, or perhaps to the controller via a dedicated pin. |

@ TerraNova Did you manage to retrieve the data? I have the same issue with the same model. All voltage measures are OK but the drive isn't detect. thanks in advance. |
