In such cases, those who take the time figure the pinouts for monolithics don't provide the pinouts for free. In fact, I'd be surprised if they'd give them out for a fee. The usual procedure is to outsource the recovery to them.

Luke will have not influenced Arvika in anyway, if Arvika wanted to share then he would have done.

But I do not blame him at all if he doesn't share it, if he's researched it himself which is a heck of a lot of work.
