Bad solution. For nand flash better buy Flash Extractor reader, it is quite cheap, but very good if you want only dump the memory and outsource it.

If you look at the chip support, it is mainly firmware type chips on IOT devices this may be suited for.. 2GB and under.

Also there is no data recovery software which is as important as the dumping of the chip. Agree with Arvika.
