the order of chips is correct or no?

I don't know, but the white silkscreen order says U21, U22, U23, U24, which would be 3, 1, 2, 4

Soft-center use this order number sequence - same as on photo. I recommend it.

These can be a real PITA sometimes. Especially if they have video only. Other times perfect recovery. never count those chickens before the eggs hatch!
