I have Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB. In SMART tab I have couple of Raw read error rate values, at least I think Only in this program (Active hard disk monitor) I got this many bad Smart values: In other programs everything seems fine except there are some read error rate but Smart says it OK. Kingston SSD manager Hard disk sentinel Crystal disk info SSD life PassMarkDiskCheckup Read test in HD tune Crystal disk mark 6 Should I be worried? |

"Active hard disk monitor" doesn't understand the counterintuitive SMART data. I would ignore it. The raw error rate data are sector counts, not error counts. The actual error rate is 0, which corresponds to a maximum normalised value of 120. SMART Attribute Details - Kingston: https://media.kingston.com/support/downloads/MKP_306_SMART_attribute.pdf |

Good to hear that everything is fine I don`t understood that for raw rad error rate in manual for SMART, I am not an expert. That raw read error rate, will it go higher with SSD years? |

The drive reads 250 million sectors and records the number of read errors. The lower 32 bits of the raw field represent the sector count. Therefore, this number will increase until it hits 250 million, and then it will roll over to 0 and start increasing again. That's normal. |
