dfl all in one reader

hi guru
anyone have new dfl emmc chip reader all in one device and how it work without software as they said you only need to plug the chip on the device and you will see your memory in my computer but how it works without translator?

Its not ONLY DFL readers, there are MANY tools from china or any other
as an example here from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Retrieve-ALLSOCK ... mmc+reader

the problem is the following:
THEY DO NOT WORK at some certain point, it MAY work with SOME eMMC`s but never All of them

I tested and bought many of those and now not using it at all..
If you want the real tools, go for the Pro. tools like the VNR reader + Mobile Kit

What you will see with those cheap tools is the following:

With the REAL case specially the new mobile phones it will NOT detect/regonise the chip.
which means either the Memory is Damaged or Not Supported with this cheap reader.

Invest in Pro. tools better than wasting your money.

Cheap tools = Less Research (most of the time none) , i call it Hit & Run product. the same scenario with the chinese Smartware-Adapter Sell & Disapear

Well,
These are common tools sold in china .There are many types of eMMC chips .Some are common and you can buy those ,I do not recommend this due to high price .Also There are solutions in which you buy a mobile phone repair box and a universal eMMC adapter ,That combination can solve more then 80 to 90% cases .You do need good software for this also as Our colleague Pointed out above

you should add also the following: "That you Tested"
it makes a Big Diff.

something similar to those products
will sell them 1/2 price ...

Emmc Pro With eMMC Booster + MoorC Kit Or One More Chinese Company Kit ,Makes All The Difference .I will Not Reply To a Comments From Colleague " einstein9 " That " you should add also the following: "That you Tested" it makes a Big Diff. " Because i do not share a good reppo with him much .Also if you want to learn and do more mobile phones this is the forum to go to -> http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/index.php . Not only this its good to learn about android file system from numerous websites of the net .Some of the commercial/free tools can then take that image and get meaningful data of that .You can search for mobile phone forensics and find some software .
