Tools to work with ssd drivers

Hello everyone, how are you all?

This last months i receive a lot of ssd, 15 drives for my this is huge, in all 2017 i recieve only 7 ssd.

I am writing this post to ask if someone have success reballing the memorie and the controller to recovery data or if is possible in case if the controller is damage swaping the damage controller with the controller from a health ssd, i know the most of controller encrypt the data but the key is unique in all controllers or the key is in the controllers in some cases?

I am thinking if to buy a infrared machine and all accesories what are needed to do reballing, if any one can advise me.

I have the pc3k ssd but not all cases the drive have firmware problems.

Are we to understand that, in the event of a component failure, your proposed solution is to move the controller and all the NANDs to a donor SSD?

If so - BAD plan

NAND chips have unique properties that are setup so controller knows them using software tools when manufactured.

On cases chips break solder balls, reballing may be an option. This is more common in USB lash and CF/SD cards though due to the physical exertions, and rare in SSD.

You may want to desolder a chip to see if you can reverse engineer the layout / XOR / mix and if no good, reball to send off to next lab with more experience/tools.

I would start spending that kind of money elsewhere if you got cash to throw around

I apologize if I did not express myself correctly, I rethink my question, it is worth investing in equipment to do reballing to recover data on ssd.

No.
For the reballing all You need are good stensils and hot-air, and more important skils

But

To recover data form the SSD drive unsoldering memory chip is not the best way (it is bad way). Look at acelaboratory ssd tool to understand how it works.
