Looks like you are correct.
It get BSY state as soon as its recieve any ATA command.
According to ACE, there is no solution for that issue yet.

Anyone who had success fixing this?

I killed 4 of them with diskpart / clean command. I'm sure disk's stuck at busy state and unable to access them.
Most probably i'll send them to rma but i opened one for investigation. I hope i find out something to fix.

Could you at least take the same measurements as the OP so that we can compare? In particular, could you measure the voltage at the "0V capacitor"?

Photos of your PCB may also be good for comparison purposes. For example, your ICs will probably have different date codes. This can be useful when identifying part markings.

BTW, Diskpart merely writes zeros to the drive. I can't see how it could have killed your drives, unless they already had other problems.

Sorry for my late mail. Yes hard to believe that my ssd's killed by diskpart but i did same procedure to sure about it. At the 4th ssd, i definitely sure about it.

Can you measure the voltages in the photo clips?

I have the same drive, SanDisk X300.

I did the measurements on points you marked.

ISTM that those voltages are OK.
