Kingston SSD's are rubbish. out of around 120 I've had at least 5 that have died while installing OS.

You don't say much but I'm guessing you want DR. The Marvell controller hasn't got much support for Chip-off at least. What's the issue with drive? What have you tried? does it power up?
you might want to upload pic of other side as well.

One of these just landed on my desk and I'm thinking it might be the exact same issue...though, tough to determine based on the OP's comments. The SSD comes ready and IDs like it is working, yet not a single sector can be read.

I would have tried to help with test points, but the OP's photos were unusable.

(Why do people think that the markings on chips are unimportant? What information can one discern from a black rectangle?)

Got one with the same symptoms... I have not much hope for it at the moment... :s
Chip-off recovery is out of scope i guess...
it would take considerable amount of time to reverse it, so better leave it for now.

Hello!

Could someone help to find safe mode and terminal contacts for this kind of board?

Thank you!

Try shorting the NAND Ready/Busy* pin to ground. It works for some SanDisk SSDs ...

Thank you Frank, BUT...because the controller chip is Marvel 88SS1074, it has TWO shorting pont for safe mode.
For recovery also i need terminal soldering points.
