Have a 860 EVO with a bad controller, bought parts with same controller and firmware. I have moved the chip to the good PCB with good controller, but it stays busy. Can jump it and it come ready but with no drive information. Is there something more that needs to be moved from the patient SSD, than the NAND chips? Help.

The Controller got fire Hot and I couldn't find any shorted cap, and things tested out right. We didn't have any access to data.
