Hi, recently this pendrive became write-protected. It is not full. It has 14.7gb free space. I've already tested with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool, EaseUS Partition Master 12.5, regedit and diskpart but none of them seems to solve this problem. I can read from but not write to. I don't know its brand name or maker. My OS is win 7. Also, it does not have an external lock. Is there any way to clear this option internally writing its proprietary table?

Copy off data, take it back to shop and get a replacement.

If you don´t know that is the brand/model, possibly fake disk. Trash it.

Otherwise, post pictures of the case and of the board.

Please see the pictures. On back of it there's a number: 120916T and on front there's a code: CA1-1. That's all to id it.
I guess it's a "xingling" device.

It belongs to a friend of mine. He asked me if there would be any chance to get it back. I said it probably not, because I myself had this problem once a log time ago and had to trash it. So I am not sure, but it probably seems to be from this shopping. Any way, that's a trash at all?

Given the size, and the value/cost of it, I would say it is better to put in the trash. This kind of thing, even it seems fixed, can get corrupted again unexpectdly, and fate says it will be when a very important file was just written to it without copies in other places.

Well, I hope the new SSD won't get corrupted all of a sudden like these thin tiny pendrives.

Thanks

Depends on the brand, and how the thing is taken care of. .
