how to switch it in SAFE-MODE?

What tool do you have? If I good remember PC3K SSD not support this drive yet. FE too.

PS3111 is not yet supported by PC3000 SSD but will be in the future.

the 2 images you sent are not so clear (it might be good to start) but prefer if you upload a better full size images (front/back sides)

The following PS3110 example has an FBC0 test point adjacent to a +3.3V test point (the PS3111 has FBC0 and Ground):

Perhaps one could try connecting the two test points via a 1K resistor rather than a direct short? I would first measure the voltage at FBC0 in normal mode.
