OCZ VERTEX 4 can't access sectors

Hello,
Got a OCZ VERTEX4 SSD 256GB based on IDX400M00-BC that can get into DRD DSC, read ID in PC3000 but when gets BSY DRD DSC. Powered off/on gets it DRD DSC again. I can see full ID but can't access any sectors. I checked PCB and found no bad elements. Except shorted pads shown in the picture. The element is ok. Drive makes a quiet 1 second high frequency sound when turning on power. Any help appreciated.
