LGA52 dump with a TSOP48 one?

September 3rd, 2018, 12:03

Hi,

I have this LGA52 chip that I need to recovery badly. However I cannot wait for new adapters to arrive. I have NAND flash reader from flash extractor with the TSOP48 adapter.

I should be able to do some wiring to the reader without any adapter to get this sorted meanwhile. I am not sure how much of the wiring is needed.

Hi, depending on how many crystals ("banks" in SC terms), could be using one or both sets of contacts (xxx-0 and xxx-1).

you will need all data and control signals for both, wire up xxx-0 first and read, then change and wire up xxx-1. make sure you change dump filename / number number in NR, so you dont overwrite first dump with the second.
you will need :

dump 1:
VccQ
VssQ
R/B0-0
/CE0-0
RE-0
CLE-0
/WE-0
ALE-0
DQ0-0 - DQ7-0

etc...

then do all the xx-1

Sure it's an LGA-52 chip you've got there and not and LGA-60?
