The IS903 requires 1.2V (Vcore) and 3.3V (Vio) supplies. The "QVN" LDO regulator provides the 1.2V, so where is the 3.3V? BTW, "343" could be a YWW date code, ie week 43 of 2013. AFAICT, the "AGDE" component must be a 3.3V regulator, although I would have expected to see an inductor nearby (or on the underside of the PCB?). FWIW, other designs use an EML3020 switchmode IC (TDFN-6 package). http://flashboot.ru/flash_recovery/2016/10/03/fix-innostor-hardware-problem.html https://img.alicdn.com/imgextra/i4/2226666264/TB2_U._wm8mpuFjSZFMXXaxpVXa_!!2226666264.jpg https://imagescdn.tweaktown.com/content/5/4/5481_07_adata_dashdrive_elite_ue700_usb_3_0_flash_drive_full.jpg https://imagescdn.tweaktown.com/content/5/4/5481_08_adata_dashdrive_elite_ue700_usb_3_0_flash_drive_full.jpg |

maybe they doing some funky stuff and "striping" channel 0 and channel 1 onto the same phy bank, and this is what NR is seeing (with some controller overlay or translation to lie about the ID. whereas the LA is seeing reality. I am not 100% following whats going on either, definately a new way for PNY to be weirdo's |

Does this help (from Innostor's datasheet)?
