What is this component (L343)? and NAND ID = 89A825CBA9

I got an unusual PNY 128GB flash drive today, it has a component I've never seen before, a chip labeled.

Code:

AGDE
L343

The package dimensions are 6x2

None of the components have failed, I recognize the LDO right away, I'm not looking to do down that path, just identify this component.

The controller is IS903.
Also the NAND chip is interesting
NAND Reader ID: 8 x 89 88 24 4b (8GB) = 64GB
Controller ID: 4 x 89 A8 25 CB (16GB) = 64GB

I've seen SanDisk/Toshiba switch manufacture IDs (45/98) when IDing but NEVER an entire model/bank count.
By see, I mean with a logic analyzer, first ID = 45, second ID = 98.

Before thinking the controller ID code is erroneous, why would it return a valid NAND chip ID, much less one of the proper capacity?

The IS903 requires 1.2V (Vcore) and 3.3V (Vio) supplies. The "QVN" LDO regulator provides the 1.2V, so where is the 3.3V? BTW, "343" could be a YWW date code, ie week 43 of 2013. AFAICT, the "AGDE" component must be a 3.3V regulator, although I would have expected to see an inductor nearby (or on the underside of the PCB?). maybe they doing some funky stuff and "striping" channel 0 and channel 1 onto the same phy bank, and this is what NR is seeing (with some controller overlay or translation to lie about the ID. whereas the LA is seeing reality. I am not 100% following whats going on either, definately a new way for PNY to be weirdo's
