Hello everyone, I have a problem with this SSD, the unit does not overheat and I have not been able to find any short circuit, however it seems to me that a component is not returning adequate energy, could someone clear my doubts?

It appears that the output is shorted to ground, or the IC could be dead. Check for shorted capacitors.

It is an honor that you responded to me, I am an admirer of your knowledge and dedication to this forum.

Before writing in the forum I have tested all the unit's capacitors and none of them have a short, in the thermal camera there are no inappropriate temperatures either.

It is important to note that the SSD has electrical power in its different components around the entire PCB, but these 4 components do not have a volt reading (according to the image), I am not sure if it is normal.

Any other components that I should measure or other instructions that I can execute, and that you consider useful?

If it is the main IC, do you know if in this SSD model it is possible to transplant the NAND chips to other SSDs without the fear that it will not work because it is encrypted?

The ENable pin for that IC is high, so it is being switched on. Since there are no shorts, this means that the IC must be faulty.

The datasheet for the controller suggests that one of the other ICs must be producing a Vcore supply of 0.9V. It also specifies "VCCQ 1.8V/1.2V" for the NANDs. I expect that the Vio supply for the controller would be 3.3V.

If the inductor is not open circuit, I would replace that chip. Alternatively, measure the other NAND voltage, determine which voltage is missing, and then patch an external supply to replace the faulty one.
