Doubtful? you might do it with Diskpart, or editing the registry.. depending on what is write protecting the drive.. but what bytes were you thinking of changing with winhex?
There are many things that could cause a flash drive to be write protected, the drive itself, the OS, files open etc... do you have more info on what you are asking?

How can I find that bytes?

I don't know what bytes you are talking about.. that's what I asked you.

First you must know why your drive is write protected.

How can I understand why it is write protected?

I think most probably from its controller, you cannot fix it by windows or any app. EXCEPT factory tools (which is based on controller)

You could:

1. write on here what you were doing when it happen or how you noticed it.
2. provide pictures or description of the device
3. Google your device and "write protected", look on forums etc
4. email support of your device
5. decide if it is even worth the trouble.. if you can copy data off, then great.. I would never use a flash device that made itself write protected, even if I were able to "fix" it. you really have no way of assessing the drives integrity.

right now it would be impossible to help you given the meagre info provided
