Dear All,

my Kingston 128gb microSD first showed not recognised on my Phone after SIM card change, then it disappeared completly.
Testing it with recovery software on a PC did not help, as the card is simply not recognised, lathoug i tried different readers so I can't select it to scan.

Somehwere I've seen on youtube to check if VCC and GND are not shorted, as resistance of ~1,6mO is shown I hope it is not dead and there is hope to recover at least the photos on it.
Unfortunately my mom passed due to cancer and all the photos and videos I took during the last year are on this card.

I'll attach photos of the card, is there a way I could recover this with an external controller? Have seen a couple of videos on youtube, also I have a very fine soldering iron, checked it under a loupe, should be no problem but have no idea where to start, what to buy.
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

I suggest outsource this case to DR lab. It is not easy job recover it. If you do something wrong all data will be gone forever. Youtube is not good teacher.
