It's laptop drive had windows installed customer said.

No surprise there was no Hi Level brand. Looking at the controller I was hoping it may be SM rebranded as it looks like AS2258. I was hoping you might be able to get FW access by using that utility.

AS2258-BN it is refurbished Phison S11. You can solve it in PC3K SSD.

I guess some component failure on PCB . Anyone could assist which point voltages should I measure. Or which components resistance
