I have WD Green 2.5" SSD with seemingly dead controller. I haven't done any backups (and I hate 'self for that). Is it possible to recover data or at least revive that drive with software help (even with data erase)?

BIOS recognizes it like SanDisk Milpitas 16 KiB drive. I was at reseller's service center, they refused me to help due to disclosure marks (case is deformed, and it was before, but how can I prove it to them? Right, by no means).
