 Post subject: question about soft center

hello guys, am new to soft center trying to read this old chip
but always i get this error message:

Attention: Chip config not match with NAND Reader database

what does it mean? and how to fix it?

any help appreciated

Please a picture of the chip and device you are trying to recover, along with the markings on the chip plus the ID which shows in the app.

You need choos config from list. Than set place to write dump and click read. Thats all.

i did it but when it finish reading i open the dump it gave this error : Attention: Chip config not match with NAND Reader database

other chips not giving same error
