 Post subject: Phison PS2251-50-F controller

Does anyone know if this controller stripes data across both NANDS in a flash drive with 2 NANDS (like a RAID)? Or does it dump to one NAND before using the other? Thanks

Whether to use the pair element depends on the firmware mode, not on the controller model. You have to actually analyze the corresponding case to get accurate information

Yes. Usually Block pair, than join by page. So it mix between both chips.
