If I'm not mistaken, the PCBA comes from an Intel S3520, which is a type of enterprise-grade SSD known for its excellent stability.
However, the built-in firmware protection measures can make such products susceptible to firmware lockouts due to poor power supply or abnormal ATA communication errors. You can request an official unlock from Intel, and as far as I know, if the customer purchased through an authorized Intel dealer and has a purchase receipt, they should be eligible for service. Alternatively, if the SSD was purchased as an OEM product along with the server, you'll need to contact the server provider for warranty support since the hard drive warranty is tied to the server system. However, if the customer acquired the SSD as a used product, such firmware issues are typically not solvable by third parties
