2GB microsd card is having severe file system corruption and none of the recovery software is able to identify any file system or any raw data.
attached is snpshot & first 50mb sectors.
can someone pls help.

The file compresses to 23KB, so it contains no data. In fact the block at 0 - 0x3FFF is repeated from beginning to end.

Did you read that in a card reader or via nand protocol ?

Most probably Controller issue, going crazy
since this is MicroSD Monolith more complicated than you think

I think chip-off reading will help for such case.

wow all super experts from our forum like fzabkar ,einstein9,Lardman & digital man arvika gave suggestions then probably controller will automatically self repair itself .
Thank You so much for extending your expertise for such small case.
Yes Lardman I have read it through card reader only as I don't have expertise to directly work on nand protocol ,chip-off etc.
I thought its simple file system corruption as customer put card in another mobile & it started giving error.
May be working life of the card was long over it is not giving any error.
