I have another and quality is very bad no see ECC.

What interesing, reading the first block pSLC in SLC mode, the sector is 1158_1154 and ECC is full geen.

OK, I have ECC 142B, confirm it is 1174_1170, XOR is from PS2251-09-V. In this chip bigest problem will be Read Retry :(
