After laptop battery replacement, the ssd is not recognizeble by the bios.

I inserted the ssd drive in a m2 enclosure and nothing shows up.
I measured all the caps, nothing shorted. I found an small ic broken on the side. I also checked the disk with thermal camera and it looks like its dead. I cant measure any voltages at any point.

What are the voltages at the input and output of the e-fuse or current-limited load switch?

What are the voltages at each of the inductors adjacent to the PMIC?

I have m2 enclosure and testet all the voltages while it was connected to my pc, but i dont found any voltages. I dont understand why it doesnt get any voltages. If i take the m2 and insert my own harddrive kn enclosure, everything works

So, is there are short between ground and the 3.3V input?

That broken IC probably has nothing to do with the root cause.

Is there a short between 3.3Vin and Ground?

Im not sure about where to measure the 3V input. Is it on the pins where the notch are? Bottom side is gnd and top 3V?
