I have use some software recovery like Easy Recovery, GDB, R-Studio etc, but the program can't detect the mobile device/PDA.

Hi,
Are you any good at dismantling small elecronic devices?

I would check out the easier options first.

If it were me I would dismantle the unit to see how the memory chip/s are mounted inside. Sometimes there is a micro sd card slotted in and you would just place it in a suitable card reader or similar device.

Other times there is a small seperate circuit board with a usb connection on it just like a pen type flash drive.

I have recently been working on PNA units, but the hardware is the same of course
and from what you have said I would say yu need to use Mic0soft Active sync to connect to the unit
and if it is database related data then you need to get a free bit of software called cereg

I don't know if this will work but I will post a thread from my forum here for you

I will attempt to null the live links by using h**p instead of http
