i need the firm ware file for WD400LB-00DNA0
westrren digial hdd drive becus i lost the old firmware
can some one help me

Hi,
ROM in this HDD (Xenon) NOT contain adaptive information.
The one, and only "adaptive" information is head map...

:arrow: ozza U can use this ROM - of course U must play with head map..., but I hope it's not a problem for U...

The ROM in WD is not replaceable based on the information in the model number!
It can have adaptives or special and unique configurations too.

On some models in WD, if you loose the ROM it is really hard to solve the problem!
