Anyone knows why this appear in terminal .

Happens to me too with some F3, and some 7200.11 I cant even get terminal via RS232, but can with UDMA PC3K. Strange....

Drop the terminal speed down to 9600. It should fix it.

It is not F3,
It is NHawk (9600).

Seems like your disk is 80GB, this is definately pre F3
