I had check PCB problems too in some cases on that family with that syntomph´s check that too

Hi,

May be it has bad sectors on SA area. As to
your screen shot, SA FW has not been read.

Rewriting the bad modules or relocating the bad sectors may help.
SalvationData has SA modules relocation option for WD drives.

Before doing anything, use "head test" option of the PC-3K to be sure that
the problem is not bad head.

So you should start to get rid of some options to get somewhere.

Hi Gurus,
CK was right. Disabled head 1 and I left only activates the 0, now the disc does not sound (clicks) and spin up normal.

Still it is not recognized totally.

I tested of head 0 and this good.

I did service area format and now it has access to the SA,



Result SA structure test:

the modules are well only in Copy (0) in Copy (1) not.
The cylinders from the -1 to the -19 are good the -20 bad.

Well that errors wich u get on the SA report are caused because u disable COPY 1, tried to enable head, 1 if knocks , u have head 1 bad, if no knocks check SA , maybe are translator modules on COPY 1 bad , or another modules
