not enough info to go on
does it spin up ?
if so, does it make any unusual noise (clicking, beeping Etc.) ?
if NOT, does it stays spinning ?
What LEDs do you get in PC3K ? (Bsy? )

Did it read the ID correctly while in your possession?

What do you mean original size ? you played with HPA ?
anyway, the size of 2TB = 3,907,029,168 sectors

No HddHackr...only my stupid brain...

I do not care data stored on it, I just want to recover the structure of ROM, because I changed the name and I played with size and name before to save the ROM. I need someone to tell me how and what to read/write to recover original ROM.

And yes I played with HPA

Depending on the state of the drive, you can remove the HPA using HDAT2, MHDD, etc, or you could restore MOD 02 from a copy (MOD 802F or 802E).

The ROM stores various ID info in MOD 0D.

Since you have PC3000, you can restore max LBA with it easily, 2-3 clicks.
As far as the ROM, there are several options per suggestions already made and can also attempt to recreate. Can read PC3000 manual.
