Hi All,

Advance thanks for kind help.

I am new in PC 3000 UDMA and struggling to find out the hdd recovery solution. DE with PC 3000 and we activated this device. the cost of PC 3000 training too high. Need your help to start this device as professionals as data recovery. What kind tools we need.

you can start with reading the manual
Second you have 1 year tech support from them, you can open a ticket at ts.acelaboratory.com and ask for help (if necessary you can also ask them for remote control help)
bear in mind its not gonna be easy

It is depends on what type of services you going to provide. If it just recovering data from logically corrupted HDD then just learn DE manual. It is not that easy, because it is whole phylosophy of data recovery process, which is includes many important aspects such as Heads map, data map, and ofcourse well understanding of the file system structure, btw when you think about data sets in DE, you need use term Map. , any other type of service are require their own set of tools. i.e clean room etc.
