Witch resistors ?

There is no adapter per se. The conversion from SATA to USB is all built into the drive. There are two resistors that you can generally remove and solder into the SATA lanes if you must do it that way. However, it's generally easier to just transfer the ROM or ROM code to a matched SATA board. I've been keeping an updated list of compatible SATA boards on this thread: https://www.data-medics.com/forum/wd-pa ... e-t13.html

However, you'll likely find that by bypassing the USB bridge the data will be encrypted. So you'll need to have a method for handling the encryption afterward.

Data-Medics already showed you, here. They are capacitors, not resistors, by the way.

A)1 TB usb 3 2060 771961 001 RevA WD10JMVW 11AJGS1
B)1 TB Sata 2060 771960 000 RevA WD10JPVX 22JC3T0

I replaced B Rom to A usb PCB .
MRT read all modules and ROM over only USB connection to computer. Also read and write module working. And I tried to convert it to sata 771959 pcb. I cannot get modules and rom. But I get them from 771961 usb pcb.

I tried with A original ROM . MRT Not read modules and rom over usb connection
It's very very strange.

So there must be a way to read WD USB drives modules over usb

Another case
I replaced A rom to 771959 pcb . In Windows drive seeing raw. But with original USB pcb it look NFTS and normal.

I have backed up rom file. I don't know why there are 2 different rom file in my back up folder. Maybe I get other rom file after some trying . 2 rom files different. I checked it. I use different ROM files in this case. I ll try with same ROM file .
But I don't understand why windows see RAW .

And another case.
Sometimes hdd gone .
1) I used MRT WD section to write A ROM to 771959 pcb. Rom died.
Zone table error . Mod 2 or mod 3 error .I can read Modules with usb . But cannot read with sata . And Again I Delsoldered chip. Rewrite rom with MRT eprom card. And hdd again turned normal.

2)- I tried to change settings "Enable Cache" in logic scan screen.
Rom died.

In both case
Delsoldered U12 . Used MRT eprom card. Cheked Rom full FFFFFF . I deleted rom. Writed backup rom file to U12 chip. And soldered again. It works again.
