Please help,
We have problem with this drive.When power on,start spin up.Then spin down,there is no unusual sound.Do you have any idea solve this problem?

You have to give us more details.
What drive is for instance...
If it spins down (it maybe clicks also, right?) probably heads damaged.
But this is a diagnostic as your question: weak....

It would appear that you may need to retrieve the SA modules with a hotswap.
