seagate hdd tick tick after saving rom adaptives

i changed rom adaptives in terminal

after that i saved changes to rom with command /7w1,,22

but after reseting hdd spinup and i hear tick tick sound i think rom is damaged

how can i fix damaged rom?

You're in the PC-3000 support forum, so I assume you have PC-3000. Just use that to do it.

thanks but rom is damaged i have no terminal even in boot code i'm sure pcb is ok because i tested rom in donor pcb but no terminal
